Tv frame manufacturers

When sourcing TV frames, the material dictates both aesthetics and durability. Aluminum alloy is preferred for modern, slim profiles due to its heat dissipation properties and lightweight nature. For luxury or classic designs, solid wood (oak or walnut) is common, but it must be kiln-dried to prevent warping caused by the TV's heat. For hospitality sectors, high-density PS (Polystyrene) is an economical, moisture-proof alternative that mimics wood textures.

A professional TV frame must include a ventilation gap (typically 5-10mm) to prevent overheating. Ensure the design incorporates IR (Infrared) pass-through technology or an unobstructed sensor window so remote controls remain functional. For 'Mirror TVs,' the glass must have a high light transmission rate (>90%) and a low reflection rate to ensure picture clarity when the screen is on.

If the frame includes integrated lighting (LEDs) or motorized components, it must carry CE, RoHS, or UL certification. For the frame materials themselves, ensure they meet REACH standards for chemical safety and UL94-V0 flame retardancy ratings, especially for commercial installations in hotels or public spaces.

TV dimensions vary by brand and model year. You should require the supplier to provide VESA mount compatibility details and precise internal bezel dimensions. It is highly recommended to request a 1:1 technical drawing (CAD/PDF) for approval before mass production to ensure the frame does not obscure the viewable screen area or block side-access ports.

TV frames, especially those with glass or large dimensions, are highly fragile. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons with EPE foam corner protectors. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, mandate wooden crate reinforcement or palletization to prevent bending or snapping during transit.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume. Start by requesting a sample price that can be deducted from the first bulk order. Ask about OEM/ODM capabilities, such as custom logo engraving or bespoke sizing, as these add value to your brand. Suppliers on Made-in-China.com are often open to flexible MOQs if you demonstrate a long-term procurement plan.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by the platform to protect your payments. Always hire a third-party inspection service (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). The inspector should check for surface finish consistency, miter joint tightness, and secure mounting hardware.

Classify the product correctly under the HS Code (typically 4414 for wood frames or 7616 for aluminum) to determine accurate tariff rates. For large volumes, FOB (Free On Board) is recommended to maintain control over shipping costs. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to potentially benefit from preferential trade agreements and reduce import taxes.
