I have found results from4000+products and1000+suppliers aboutTcl air conditioner remote control
Compatibility is the most critical factor. You must verify the Model Number (P/N) located on the back of the original remote or the AC unit's indoor label. Ensure the supplier provides a Code List or confirms support for specific series like TCL Elite, Miracle, or TAC series. For universal replacements, prioritize remotes with an Auto-Search function and a database covering over 99% of TCL IR codes.
Focus on the Infrared (IR) Emission Distance, which should ideally be ≥ 8 meters with an angle of ±30 degrees. The buttons should be made of high-elasticity silicone tested for over 100,000 presses. Additionally, check for an LCD screen with high contrast and clear icons to ensure readability in low-light conditions.
Products must adhere to CE and RoHS certifications to ensure they are free from hazardous substances like lead or cadmium. For the housing, ABS virgin plastic is preferred over recycled materials because it offers better impact resistance and UV protection, preventing the remote from yellowing over time.
Yes, look for remotes that support advanced features such as 'I Feel' mode (temperature sensing at the remote), Eco-mode, and Timer functions. For hospitality or commercial clients, Lock functions (to prevent setting changes) and Backlight displays are highly sought-after value-adds.
Request a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) where a percentage of the batch (AQL 2.5/4.0 standard) is tested for signal frequency accuracy (typically 38KHz) and battery contact stability. Always use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after quality verification.
Negotiate based on Volume Tiers; for orders exceeding 2,000 units, you should aim for a 10-15% price reduction. Also, request OEM branding (Logo printing) and customized packaging, which are often provided for free or at a minimal cost at higher MOQs.
Ensure the remotes are packed in Anti-static bubble bags and sturdy outer cartons to prevent crushing. Since most remotes do not include batteries due to Air Freight restrictions on Lithium/Alkaline batteries, confirm that the battery compartment springs are nickel-plated to prevent corrosion during long-term sea transit.
Ensure the supplier is an authorized OEM or that the product is marketed as a 'Replacement Remote' rather than a counterfeit branded item. Check that the mold design does not infringe on active patents and that the 'TCL' logo usage complies with regional trademark laws.
