Speaker for android manufacturers

When selecting speakers, prioritize Bluetooth 5.0 or higher to ensure stable connectivity and lower power consumption. For Android users, compatibility with aptX or LDAC codecs is essential for high-resolution audio streaming. Additionally, verify the battery capacity (mAh); a professional-grade portable speaker should offer at least 8-12 hours of continuous playback. For outdoor use cases, ensure an IPX6 or IPX7 waterproof rating to protect against water ingress.

B2B buyers must verify that the products carry CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications to ensure they meet safety and environmental requirements for European and American markets. Since these devices contain lithium batteries, you must request a UN38.3 test report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to facilitate legal and safe international shipping.

Beyond basic audio, look for features like TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing, which allows two speakers to connect for a stereo experience. Integration with Google Assistant is a major selling point for Android users. Furthermore, ensure the charging interface is USB Type-C, as this is the standard for modern Android ecosystems, allowing users to use a single cable for both their phone and speaker.

Request the supplier to provide the Frequency Response range (ideally 20Hz - 20kHz) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) (should be >80dB). For durability, ask for drop test reports and button lifecycle test data. It is highly recommended to order a prototype sample to test for 'hissing' sounds at high volumes and to verify the structural integrity of the casing.

The biggest risks include battery degradation during long-term transit and intellectual property (IP) infringement. Ensure the supplier has the right to use Bluetooth technology (check SIG membership) to avoid customs seizures. Always use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to protect your payment until the goods pass quality inspection.

Focus on tiered pricing based on volume; typically, a 1,000-unit order can reduce the unit price by 15-20% compared to the sample price. Negotiate for 1-2% spare units or extra charging cables to be included free of charge to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) items. Also, clarify the OEM/ODM customization costs, such as logo silk-screening and custom packaging.

Speakers are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) due to lithium batteries. You must work with a freight forwarder experienced in Class 9 hazardous materials. Ensure the outer cartons have the proper battery handling labels. For shipping to the US or Europe, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is most cost-effective for large volumes, while Air Freight with DG battery surcharges is faster for urgent stock replenishment.

Look for the 'Audited Supplier' badge, which indicates that the manufacturer has been verified by third-party institutions like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Check their 'Trust Points' and transaction history. Prioritize suppliers who have been active on the platform for over 5 years and those who provide comprehensive factory audit videos showing their production lines and QC labs.
