When sourcing, prioritize fabrics like Grade 6A Mulberry Silk, high-density nylon-spandex blends (80/20 ratio) for elasticity, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified lace to ensure the absence of harmful chemicals. For functional comfort, ensure the crotch lining is made of 100% combed cotton or antibacterial bamboo fiber.

Sizing varies significantly between regions. You should request a detailed size specification sheet comparing Asian, EU, and US standards. Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com usually provide a tolerance range of ±1-2cm. It is highly recommended to order a size set (S-XXL) before bulk production to verify the fit on live models.

For the US market, products must comply with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) regarding lead and phthalate content in trims. For the EU, REACH regulation compliance is essential to ensure dyes do not contain prohibited azo compounds. Always ask for Third-Party Lab Test Reports (SGS, Intertek, or TUV).

Look for seamless bonding technology or flatlock stitching to prevent skin irritation. High-end items should feature nickel-free hardware (adjusters and hooks) to prevent allergic reactions and colorfastness ratings of Grade 4 or higher to ensure dyes do not bleed during washing.

Utilize Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) services. Do not release the final 70% balance payment until a third-party inspector verifies that the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 standards are met. Using secured payment terms offered by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com provides an extra layer of transaction security.

For new designs, negotiate a 'Trial Order' MOQ (e.g., 50-100 pieces per color) to test market response. To lower the unit price, offer a projected annual volume forecast; suppliers are often willing to reduce prices by 5-10% if they see potential for long-term partnership and repeat orders.

Before sharing tech packs or original designs, ensure the supplier signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Choose Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have a proven track record of respecting IP rights and have undergone on-site factory verification.

For volumes under 100kg, International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is fastest, taking 3-7 days. For larger volumes, Air Freight offers a balance of speed and cost. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed Packing List and Commercial Invoice with the correct HS Code (typically Chapter 61 or 62) to avoid customs delays and incorrect duty applications.
