Refrigerator showcase manufacturers

When sourcing a refrigerator showcase, prioritize the cooling system type (Fan Cooling/Ventilated for even temperature vs. Direct Cooling for budget efficiency). Ensure the compressor is from a reputable brand (e.g., Embraco, Secop) to guarantee longevity. Key specs include tempered double-pane glass with Low-E coating to prevent condensation, LED internal lighting for product visibility, and digital temperature controllers (like Carel or Dixell) for precise thermal management. For energy efficiency, look for units using R290 or R600a eco-friendly refrigerants.

Compliance is critical for customs clearance and operational safety. For the US market, ensure the product is ETL, UL, or NSF certified (especially NSF/ANSI 7 for food safety). For the European market, CE, GS, and RoHS certifications are mandatory, along with ERP energy labeling. Buyers should also verify ISO 9001 factory standards to ensure consistent manufacturing quality across bulk orders.

Focus on the material of the inner cabinet; pre-painted aluminum or stainless steel is superior to plastic for hygiene and durability. Check the shelf load capacity (should be at least 30-50kg per shelf) and whether they are adjustable. Request details on the insulation thickness (minimum 45mm-60mm high-density cyclopentane foam) to ensure thermal retention and reduced energy consumption.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com usually offer branding via silk-screen printing or stickers on the light box and body. You should also inquire about customizable shelving configurations, self-closing door mechanisms, and tropical climate versions (Class 4+ or 5) if the unit will be used in high-ambient temperature environments (above 40°C).

The biggest risk is glass breakage and frame deformation during transit. To mitigate this, insist on seaworthy packaging, including full wooden crates or honeycomb pallets rather than just standard cartons. Ensure the supplier uses corner protectors and moisture-proof vacuum bags to prevent rust on electrical components during long sea voyages.

For bulk orders, aim for a tiered pricing structure where a 50-unit order yields a 10-15% discount compared to the sample price. Use Secure Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until the goods are shipped. For payment terms, a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is standard for established B2B relationships.

Due to the volume and weight, FCL (Full Container Load) is significantly more cost-effective and safer than LCL (Less than Container Load) to avoid frequent handling. If shipping to the US or Europe, clarify the Incoterms; FOB (Free On Board) is recommended if you have a reliable freight forwarder, while DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is better for buyers who want a hassle-free experience including customs clearance and local delivery.

Since returning a heavy refrigerator is economically unfeasible, negotiate for 1% to 2% free-of-charge (FOC) spare parts (such as thermostats, fans, and gaskets) to be included in the container. Confirm the compressor warranty period (ideally 3-5 years) and ensure the supplier can provide technical video support for local technicians.
