Milk cube candy manufacturers

When sourcing Milk Cube Candy, the milk solid content is the most critical factor; premium products should contain at least 15-20% milk powder to ensure a rich flavor. Additionally, check the texture profile, which should be firm yet melt-in-the-mouth without being overly sticky. Ensure the moisture content is below 5% to prevent microbial growth and maintain a long shelf life.

As a food product, compliance is non-negotiable. You must prioritize suppliers with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO 22000 certifications. For specific markets, verify FDA registration (for the US) or EFSA compliance (for the EU). If targeting religious markets, Halal or Kosher certifications are essential for market entry.

Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM services. You should confirm their printing capabilities (e.g., gravure vs. digital printing) and the barrier properties of the packaging material. High-quality aluminum foil composite film is recommended to protect the candy from oxidation and moisture, which are the primary causes of flavor degradation.

Milk Cube Candy is sensitive to temperature. It should be stored in a cool, dry place (below 25°C) with a relative humidity of less than 50%. For cross-border shipping through tropical regions, consider reefer containers (refrigerated containers) to prevent the candy from softening or losing its cube shape during transit.

Always stipulate a 'Remaining Shelf Life' (RSL) clause in your contract. For Milk Cube Candy, which typically has a 12-18 month shelf life, require that the product has at least 80% of its shelf life remaining upon arrival at the port of destination. Request production batch codes and photos of the date stamps before the final balance payment.

Focus on volume-based pricing tiers. Suppliers often offer a 10-15% discount when moving from LCL (Less than Container Load) to a Full 20ft Container (FCL). Additionally, discuss long-term supply agreements where prices are locked in against fluctuations in raw material costs like milk powder and sugar.

Utilize the Secured Trading services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds. Never pay the full amount upfront; a standard industry practice is a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) or after a third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) confirms the quality.

Labeling is a common cause of customs seizures. Ensure the supplier provides a full ingredient list in the target language, clearly highlighting allergens (Milk, Soy) in bold. The Country of Origin (COO) must be clearly marked, and all nutritional facts must align with the specific formatting standards of your country (e.g., the 'Nutrition Facts' panel in the US).
