Lychee peeling machine manufacturers

When sourcing a lychee peeling machine, the most critical factor is the peeling rate and integrity rate. High-quality industrial machines should achieve a peeling rate of ≥95% while maintaining a pulp integrity rate of ≥90%. You must also verify the processing capacity, which typically ranges from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h depending on your production scale. Ensure the machine is constructed from Food-Grade SUS304 Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion from the acidic nature of lychee juice and to meet international food safety standards.

Professional lychee peeling machines utilize adjustable rolling gaps or specialized molds to accommodate various cultivars like 'Feizixiao' or 'Nomaiji'. You should prioritize suppliers that offer customizable rollers or frequency conversion control, allowing the operator to adjust the speed and pressure based on the fruit diameter and skin thickness. This flexibility is essential to minimize waste and prevent crushing the delicate pulp.

For cross-border procurement, the machine must carry a CE Certification for the European market or meet UL/NSF standards for North America. Since it is food processing equipment, it must adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles. Look for designs featuring 'Easy-to-Clean' (CIP-friendly) structures with no dead angles to prevent bacterial growth, and ensure all seals and lubricants are FDA-approved food-grade materials.

Due to the high sugar content of lychee juice, the machine requires daily high-pressure water cleaning to prevent sticky residue from clogging the mechanical parts. The peeling rollers or rubber blades are wear parts and typically need replacement every 6 to 12 months depending on usage volume. Ensure the supplier provides a spare parts kit (including belts, bearings, and blades) and detailed O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals in English.

The most effective strategy is to request a live video trial or a factory FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Send a sample of your specific lychee variety to the manufacturer and ask them to record the entire peeling process, showing the final state of the pulp. On Made-in-China.com, you can also look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party onsite inspections to verify their manufacturing capabilities.

Lychee peeling machines are precision instruments; therefore, Seaworthy Plywood Crate Packaging is mandatory to prevent moisture and physical impact. Use FOB (Free On Board) terms if you have a reliable freight forwarder, or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) if you want the supplier to handle the risk until the port of destination. Ensure the machine is treated with anti-rust oil before crating, especially for long-distance sea transit.

For high-value industrial equipment, avoid 100% upfront payments. A standard professional structure is 30% deposit, 60% after production/testing (before shipment), and 10% after installation or arrival. Utilize Secure Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your funds are protected until the supplier provides proof of shipment (Bill of Lading).

Check the HS Code (typically 8438600000 for fruit processing machinery) against your country's tariff schedule. Be aware of any anti-dumping duties or specific import permits required for food-grade machinery. Always request a Certificate of Origin (CO) from the supplier, as this can often help you qualify for reduced tariff rates under various Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
