Fly killer spray manufacturers

Professional-grade fly killer sprays typically utilize Pyrethroids (such as Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin, or Permethrin) for their rapid 'knockdown' effect and residual control. For eco-conscious markets, look for botanical-based formulations using Pyrethrum or essential oils. It is crucial to verify the concentration of active ingredients to ensure efficacy while maintaining safety for the intended environment (indoor vs. outdoor).

As chemical pesticides, these products must adhere to strict regional regulations. For the US market, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) registration is mandatory. For the EU, compliance with the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) and REACH is required. Ensure the supplier provides a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and that the packaging includes GHS-compliant labeling (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals).

Prioritize suppliers using seamless tinplate or aluminum cans to prevent leakage during long-distance transit. The valve and nozzle design should ensure a consistent spray pattern (mist vs. jet) without clogging. For bulk orders, verify the internal pressure ratings and ensure the outer cartons meet UN-certified dangerous goods packaging standards to withstand the rigors of cross-border shipping.

Products are categorized into Instant Kill (Space Sprays) for immediate relief and Residual Sprays for long-term protection on surfaces. Performance benchmarks include a knockdown time (KT50) of less than 30 seconds for flying insects and a residual efficacy of 2-4 weeks for surface treatments. Suppliers on Made-in-China.com often provide lab test reports to validate these metrics.

Fly killer sprays are classified as Class 2.1 or 2.2 Dangerous Goods (Aerosols) under international maritime (IMDG) and air (IATA) codes. The primary risk is combustibility and pressure sensitivity. You must ensure the supplier has a Dangerous Goods Export License and provides a Certificate for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods. Failure to declare these correctly can lead to heavy fines or cargo seizure at customs.

When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, utilize the Secured Trading Service to protect your payments. Negotiate based on volume-tiered pricing, as chemical production costs drop significantly at higher volumes (e.g., 20,000+ units). Request a pre-shipment inspection by a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify the active ingredient percentage and net weight before final payment.

For aerosol products, Sea Freight (FCL - Full Container Load) is the most economical and safest method. Avoid LCL (Less than Container Load) if possible, as many carriers refuse to mix dangerous goods with general cargo. Ensure your freight forwarder is experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling and confirm the Incoterms (preferably FOB or CIF) to clearly define where the risk transfers from the seller to the buyer.
