Cc stick candy manufacturers

When sourcing Cc Stick Candy (often referred to as compressed candy or powder-filled straws), you must prioritize food-grade ingredients and moisture-proof packaging. Key specifications include the dextrose or sugar content, the use of natural vs. artificial colorants, and the granularity of the powder to ensure it doesn't clog. Ensure the product has a shelf life of at least 12–24 months and that the plastic straw material is BPA-free and food-contact safe.

To ensure smooth customs clearance, suppliers must provide HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO 22000 certifications. For specific markets, you must verify FDA registration (for the U.S.), CE/EFSA compliance (for Europe), and Halal or Kosher certifications if targeting specific demographic regions. Always request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every production batch to verify lead and heavy metal limits.

Quality validation should involve sensory testing (flavor profile, acidity balance, and dissolve rate) and packaging integrity checks. Request samples to test the sealing strength of the sticks to prevent leakage during transit. It is highly recommended to use third-party inspection services like SGS or Intertek to conduct Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) focusing on net weight accuracy and labeling compliance.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer extensive customization. This includes private label packaging, custom flavor development (e.g., tropical fruit, sour, or cola), and variable stick lengths. Buyers can also request functional additives like Vitamin C or probiotics to differentiate their product in a competitive retail market.

The biggest risks are temperature-related spoilage and regulatory non-compliance. To mitigate these, ensure the use of reefer containers if shipping to tropical climates to prevent melting or clumping. Furthermore, use Trade Terms like CIF or DAP only if you have verified the supplier's expertise in food logistics. Always use Secure Payment services provided by reputable platforms to protect your capital until the Bill of Lading is issued.

Negotiation should focus on Volume-Based Tiered Pricing. For Cc Stick Candy, a typical MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) starts at 500–1,000 cartons. You can negotiate a 5-10% discount by committing to an annual volume or by optimizing the packaging configuration to increase container loading density. Mentioning that you are sourcing via Made-in-China.com can often help in identifying Audited Suppliers who are more open to transparent price breakdowns.

Candy is sensitive to humidity. Ensure the outer cartons are double-corrugated and treated with anti-humidity coatings. During transit, avoid top-loading heavy machinery above candy pallets to prevent crushing. Upon arrival, store the product in a cool, dry place (below 25°C and <50% humidity) to maintain the 'Cc' powder's free-flowing texture and prevent the sugar from crystallizing.
