Big size tablet manufacturers

When sourcing large-format tablets, prioritize Display Resolution (minimum 2K/QHD) to ensure clarity on a larger canvas. For professional use, verify the Panel Type (IPS or AMOLED) for color accuracy and wide viewing angles. Performance-wise, ensure a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Octa-core processor to handle multitasking without lag. Additionally, check the Battery Capacity (mAh); large screens consume more power, so a battery of at least 8,000mAh to 10,000mAh is essential for a full workday.

To ensure legal entry into target markets, products must carry CE (Europe), FCC (USA), or RoHS (Hazardous Substances) certifications. For tablets with wireless capabilities (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), SRRC or TELEC may be required depending on the region. Always request Lithium Battery UN38.3 and MSDS reports to facilitate safe international air and sea freight.

For tablets used in design or education, confirm the Touch Sampling Rate (Hz) and support for Active Capacitive Styli with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. Request the supplier to provide a video demonstration of palm rejection technology and latency tests to ensure the user experience meets professional standards.

Large tablets are primarily utilized in Digital Signage, Education (E-learning), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and Medical Imaging. For industrial or outdoor use, you should specifically look for IP65/IP67 ruggedization ratings and High-Brightness (Nits) displays to ensure visibility under direct sunlight.

The main risks include Product Non-conformity (specifications not matching samples) and Shipping Damage due to fragile screens. To mitigate this, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services and insist on Double-Box Packaging with EPE foam protection. Always conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the hardware configuration (CPU/RAM/ROM) via software tools like CPU-Z before the balance payment.

For OEM/ODM projects (such as logo printing or custom ROM firmware), suppliers usually require an MOQ of 500-1,000 units. Negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the unit price decreases as volume increases. For initial market testing, look for 'Gold Members' on Made-in-China.com who may offer Neutral Labelling with lower MOQs of 50-100 units.

Tablets are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). For small batches, use Specialized Electronics Couriers (e.g., DG-rated DHL/FedEx). For bulk orders, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is most cost-effective, but ensure the forwarder is experienced in Battery Cargo handling and provides Marine Insurance covering 'All Risks' to protect against loss or screen breakage.

Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts. Utilize Escrow-based payment systems provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the Warranty Period (typically 12-24 months) and the specific RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy for defective units.
