Advertising screen manufacturers

The primary consideration is whether the screen is for Indoor or Outdoor use. For outdoor screens, you must ensure an IP65 or higher waterproof/dustproof rating and a brightness level of at least 5000-7000 nits to remain visible under direct sunlight. Indoor screens typically require only 800-1500 nits but demand higher resolution and smaller pixel pitch (P1.2 to P2.5) for close-range viewing clarity.

Buyers should prioritize the Refresh Rate (ideally ≥3840Hz) to prevent flickering on camera and the Contrast Ratio for deep blacks. Ensure the use of high-quality SMD (Surface Mounted Device) LEDs and a reliable power supply (such as Mean Well), which accounts for 50% of hardware failures. For LCD-based signage, specify industrial-grade panels (A+ grade) that support 24/7 continuous operation.

To ensure legal entry and safety, products must meet regional standards: CE and RoHS for the European Union, FCC and UL for the United States, and PSE for Japan. Additionally, verify that the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is tested to prevent interference with other electronic devices in commercial environments.

Confirm whether the screen uses synchronous control (real-time PC playback) or asynchronous control (internal memory/cloud-based). For global management, look for systems like NovaStar or Colorlight that support Cloud CMS (Content Management System), allowing you to update advertisements remotely via Wi-Fi, 4G, or LAN.

The biggest risks are damage during transit and dead pixels. To mitigate this, insist on Flight Case or Plywood Box packaging with shock-absorption layers. Always request a 5% spare parts kit (including extra LED modules, receiving cards, and power cables) to handle immediate repairs upon arrival.

Look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party agencies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Check their export history and specialized certifications. It is highly recommended to request a live video factory tour to inspect their aging test area; reputable suppliers perform a 72-hour continuous burn-in test before shipping.

Don't just negotiate on the total price; negotiate on the component brands. A lower price often means the supplier swapped high-end LED lamps for generic ones. Focus on the Warranty Terms (aim for 3-5 years) and the after-sales technical support, such as remote configuration assistance or providing training videos for your local installation team.

For large LED cabinets, Sea Freight (FOB or CIF) is the most economical due to the weight and volume. For urgent spare parts, use Air Express. Ensure the Incoterms are clearly defined in the contract to avoid hidden port charges. For high-value projects, consider Trade Assurance services to secure your payment until the goods are verified.
