Wholesale g spot vibrators manufacturers

B2B buyers must ensure products are made from 100% medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. It is critical to verify that the materials are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and latex-free. Suppliers should provide RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH certifications to guarantee the absence of toxic chemicals in both the external casing and internal components.

Focus on motor noise levels (ideally <50dB) for discretion and vibration frequency modes (at least 7-10 patterns). For G-spot specific designs, the ergonomic curvature and tip firmness are vital for functionality. Additionally, ensure the device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, allowing for full immersion and easier cleaning, which is a major selling point for end consumers.

Since most modern vibrators use lithium-ion batteries, they must have UN38.3 certification for safe air transport. For electronic safety, look for CE (Europe), FCC (USA), and UL (Underwriters Laboratories) markings. Ensure the charging interface is a universal magnetic USB system or USB-C, as these are currently the market standards for convenience and durability.

Request a life-cycle test report from the manufacturer. A high-quality motor should sustain at least 200 to 300 hours of continuous operation without significant power loss or overheating. Ask if the supplier uses tungsten steel motors, which provide stronger, deeper vibrations compared to cheaper iron-core alternatives.

Adult products can be sensitive in certain jurisdictions. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10) is correctly applied. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the commercial invoice describes the items as 'Massagers' or 'Personal Care Appliances' to facilitate smoother customs processing. Always check the specific import prohibitions of the destination country regarding 'obscene' materials.

Products with built-in batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). You must work with freight forwarders experienced in Battery Shipping Regulations. Failure to provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) can lead to shipment rejection or heavy fines at the port of exit or entry.

Utilize Trade Assurance services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. For large wholesale orders, it is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify that the silicone quality and motor functions match the approved samples.

Most manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. To lower the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom branding, suggest a staged rollout: start with a smaller 'trial' order of neutral packaging with customized logo stickers, then move to full custom-printed gift boxes once a volume of 500-1,000 units is reached. This reduces your initial capital risk.
