Car parking space reserved manufacturers

When sourcing parking locks, prioritize IP67 waterproof ratings to ensure functionality in outdoor environments. The housing should be made of cold-rolled steel with a thickness of at least 2.0mm to withstand vehicle pressure. For automated models, ensure the remote control range is ≥15 meters and the battery life lasts at least 6 months per charge or set of batteries.

For high-frequency use, rechargeable lithium batteries or solar-powered panels are the most cost-effective long-term solutions. If the installation site allows, hardwired AC power provides the highest reliability for integrated smart parking systems, though it increases initial installation costs.

Ensure the device includes an anti-collision reset mechanism, where the arm automatically retracts or sounds an alarm if it hits an obstacle. Additionally, a manual override key is critical for emergency access during power failures or electronic malfunctions.

Request test reports showing a pressure resistance of at least 2 to 5 tons, ensuring the unit won't be crushed if accidentally run over. Look for UV-resistant powder coating to prevent fading and corrosion, especially for projects in coastal or high-temperature regions.

The primary risk involves battery shipping regulations. Products containing large lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, which can significantly increase freight costs and require specific MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 certifications. Always confirm if the supplier can ship batteries separately or if you should source them locally.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection service to conduct a 'During Production Check' (DUPRO) to verify the internal motor quality and welding integrity before the final balance is paid.

For the US market, ensure compliance with FCC regulations for wireless remote frequencies. For the EU, CE marking and RoHS compliance are mandatory. Be aware of anti-dumping duties on certain steel products in specific regions, and always check the HS Code (typically 8301.50 or 8530.80) to calculate accurate import tariffs.

Focus on spare parts availability. Negotiate for a 1-2% free wear-and-tear parts kit (such as remote controllers or gaskets) included in bulk orders. For orders exceeding 500 units, request OEM branding (logo silk-screening) and customized frequency coding to prevent interference between adjacent units at no extra cost.
